So, we created Plant-Based and Slay - an online cookbook of deliciously, plant-based recipes for free! We also throw in some healthy tips and food review every now and again.

From her micro bakehouse, Emerald Leaf, to running Selfish Vegan supper club with her mom, creating deliciously plant-based food is Adrian’s passion. She has been plant-based for 7 years and is raising her son to be plant-based as well.
When she is not working on a new recipes, she loves hanging out with her family, searching for vintage designer bags, and reading a good book.

Dr. Michelle Loyd-Paige
A vegan for over 20 years, Michelle was the catalyst for Adrian, her daughter, and Kristin, her sister, becoming plant-based.
In addition to being a champion for the Plant-based lifestyle, she is also champion for matters of faith and wellness. Dr. Michelle is a certified life-coach, DEI consultant, and conference speaker under her organization, PreachSista.

Dr. Kristin Williams
A board certified OB/GYN and Medical Director by day and an amazing chef on the side. Dr. Kristin loves testing out new recipes and sharing the benefits of plant-based diet.
In addition to balancing her day job and spending time with her family, she also is a pilates, yoga, and barre instructor. A true triple threat of wellness.
